Lorraine Shorman and Kim Gross opened The Prenatal Education Center in February 2009 as a place for new and expectant parents to attend childbirth and other specialty classes.
We had been providing education and support to our doula clients and saw a need in our community for more. We offer Hypnobabies classes, Prepared Childbirth classes, Breastfeeding Classes, Baby Massage, Happiest Baby on the Block, Dancing for Birth, Prenatal Yoga/Fitness, Baby Signs and parenting classes, serving all of Orange and LA Counties. We are conveniently located in Los Alamitos, very close to Long Beach. Our goal is to provide a haven for new families so that they can find their educational needs and also be able to purchase all the products they need for baby!
