The Mamalates method is an OB/GYN endorsed perinatal restorative Pilates-based exercise program that focuses on alignment, stability and safely reclaiming your core, all while working out with your baby!

This is a private home workout, with in-home sessions in Orange and LA County, where I come to you! Class cost includes everything you need to reclaim your core!
